I never stopped making excuses, now I regret

A poem from the perspective of a Husband, who practiced domestic Violence and then regrets after she decided to end it all & walked-out of his life!

I know you are hurt,

Just don’t feel it I’ll say

I know you feel pain,

Just repair yourself I claim

I know you need me to calm down,

Just this time, never again I promise

I know you want me to change,

Just hold on to me I reply

I know you cry yourself to sleep,

Just don’t take anything personally I portray!

I know you are fed up with this life,

Just for the sake of our kids I plead

I know you want to leave me forever,

Just listen I do care for you dear I say

U know I never realized my mistake

Just did when you left me all alone, to my fate!

SAY NO TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE… IT’S BETTER NOW THAN LATER!
