Close my eyes and walk!

I did so,

Coz you were there right beside me!

You told me to,

Make my promises last!

I did so,

Coz I thought you were sincere to me!

You told me to,

Be beside you forever!

I did so,

Thinking you would do the same!

You told me to,

Trust you blindly!

I did so,

Coz I thought you were the one for me!

You told me to,

Walk on thorny paths!

I did so,

Thinking you would lead me through it!

You told me to,

Give you my heart!

I did so,

Hoping you would handle it delicately!

U told me to,

Lend you my shoulder to lie upon!

I did so,

Thinking you were gonna tell me your worries!

You told me to,

Stay away from you!

I did so,

Thinking it was for you to come running back to me!

But you never told me,

All these were just mere dreams never to be fulfilled!
